Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase the sale of automotive accessories
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve sales targets
Ensure that customer needs are met by providing expert advice and resolving issues
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and manufacturers
Supervise and train sales staff members to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals
Maintain knowledge of industry trends, products, and competitor activities to provide competitive advantages
Ensure that all merchandise is displayed properly and that prices are accurate
Develop and maintain inventory management procedures and oversee inventory levels
Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or related field
2-3 years of experience in sale, preferably in the automotive industry
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to resolve customer issues
Knowledge of automotive accessories and the automotive industry
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
