Where Do You Fit In?
We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as Snr Sales Supervisor – PSS – Gulf to be based in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and business results for PSS in the Gulf region, reporting directly to the PSS MERTA Sales Director. You will be responsible for ensuring the staffing and development of a high performance direct sales team that achieves maximum profitability and growth in line with our strategic objectives and, growth of a channel / reseller community with the highest standard of integrity and consistency.

What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day?
Financial Performance:
· Deliver the Revenue and Margin along with managing the performance and development of all sales activities for the region
· Establish an MOS to feed into management reporting, focus the sales team on delivering against their expectations, increase personal accountability, identify areas of risk with mitigation plans and provide input to the other functions to help deliver a better Customer Experience.
· Use SFDC as a CRM tool to monitor, manage and drive an increased sales performance from the team
· Financial and business acumen; provides strategic coaching direction in deal development and risk assessment
· Drive commercial excellence metrics
· Drive New Product Introduction to address unmet customer needs and product gaps to win in the marketplace
· Executive sponsorship for select Strategic and Growth Customers
· Accurate forecast of orders and growth opportunities fed into SIOP

Business Relationships:
· Able to build relationships with the Executive Team of our key Customers and able to successfully present proposals at this level
· Leverage relationships with the customers in support of local sales strategies
· Help provide VOC input for future product developments
· Responsible for approving all goals for sales professionals in assigned area
Sales Process:
· Provide coordination of sales activities and manage resources to maximize results from identified sales opportunities
· Ensure approved sales processes are followed and company procedures and systems are effectively deployed
· Drive a channel with unquestionable integrity and consistency
· Provide leadership and appropriate sign-off for strategic sales pursuits
· Monitor and track key sales performance metrics
· Responsible for sharing of best practices across the sales team.

· Customer value management and pricing: Analysis of market dynamics and value chain proposition to target defined customer segments
· Facilitate competitive strategy planning with the team
· Drive key growth initiatives with sales team
· Develop relationships with existing and potential new key customers
· Network effectively both internally and externally to develop strong relationships with clients and business contacts

People Management:

What Skills and Experience Will You Have?
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales leadership role with proven ability leading people and teams to deliver successful results
· Proven ability to lead in a large matrix organization
· Track record in driving consistent growth capturing market share
· Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical discipline
· Experience in AIDC, Software, and/or Information Technology Industry
