Job Description
Scope:
The Sustainability Manager will Lead organization’s Sustainability programs. He/ She must through his research and analysis will develop corporate Sustainability Strategy to ensure that business process and practiced are aligned with government rules and Regulations. Sustainability Manager needs to ensure that all the process, equipment, products and services are environmentally friendly and in line with international sustainability standards. Sustainability Manager will also be acting as an Energy champion for business process change and will lead all Energy, Water & Waste related projects.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders to plan, develop, approve and execute local projects and enterprise-wide campaigns
Communicate and build the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) programs into different branches, Regional offices and affiliate head Quarters.
Oversee the development of social responsibility policies and implement on all sites
Monitor the social impact of CSR programs and oversee ongoing CSR projects
Develop and be actively involved in programs that address environmental issues affecting operations and processes
Work with Corporate and other affiliate departmental teams to raise awareness for environment issues; assist in reducing operational resource consumption, and work with ground team members assigned to environmental projects
Work on company branding strategies with the marketing department
Work closely with corporate communications, public relations and marketing to communicate success stories both internally and externally, pitch related stories and interviews, and update and monitor internal and external CSR communications platforms
Continuously seek new opportunities and coordinate with leadership team to generate new projects in the areas of CSR & Community Volunteer Program
Prepare and oversee the publication of Annual Corporate Social Responsibility report
Maintain internal and external CSR websites
Must be Able to Perform Energy Audits as per ASHRAE Standards
Must be able to Measure and Verify Energy, Carbon Emissions & Water consumption data.
