Job description
Airswift has been tasked by one of our major oil & gas clients to seek for Talent Acquisition Specialist to work within their facilities located in China for a 6-months contract.
The HR Specialist translates the relevant HR expertise area strategy into policies, processes, instruments and concrete actions in order to support Company’s competitive position on the external market. This role is to provide expert advice to the HR Community on initiatives in your HR expertise area. The primary focus is to align your work to the Company and Human Capital strategy while assisting your assigned population by proactively planning and completing activities in your expertise area, with accuracy and on-time deliverables. You interpret, apply and uphold Company policies and procedures with a high degree of customer focus and confidentiality.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop a good understanding of the business drivers as well as the business targets
Apply an integrated view when making decisions on the employee life cycle (from recruitment/onboarding, to career development, compensation and benefits and ending with departure)
Act as a consultant/coach to local HR Generalists to increase organizational performance for your expertise area, increase effective communications and improve relationships
Monitor and support the local execution of HR expertise area policies, procedures, processes and instruments.
Pro-actively share local/ entity best practices with other entities to ensure improvement of local execution.
Develop understanding of customer base / HR Community/ other relevant functions orientation and preferences in order to anticipate needs.
Continuously engage with HR community or other stakeholders to share developments, align approach and pro-actively share best practices in order to enable continuous improvements.
Monitor and support the timely execution of the HR expertise area policies, processes, procedures and instruments and support appropriate communication to and understanding in the business.
Proactively engage with local HR to ensure that the deliveries are aligned with local requirements and to avoid the “surprise” element which enables on time and within budget finalization.
Establish and maintain professional communication with (internal and external) stakeholders and represent Company professionally while compliant to our core values.

Required Skills:
Min.10 years of experience in recruitment for Oil and Gas industry or Engineering project base experience.
Having good level of English proficiency.
Applicants shall be China nationality or having work rights in China.
