Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!
Vertical Sales Head for Focus Accounts is responsible for the development, exploitation and maximization of business with assigned verticals WWW, O&G , Petrochemical and F&B and has to represent Siemens in all sales/strategic activities and act as interface between the Vertical and the internal Siemens organization.
Maximize market exploitation in Saudi Arabia for total vertical market and Focus Accounts based on complete DI portfolio. Achieve agreed sales targets.
Develop market knowledge on identified Vertical, including key players, business processes and market transparency. Establish internal and external relationships and networks.
Develop focus accounts to maximize penetration for Industry offerings by establishing and following up individual CDP’s. All CDP’s to be mentioned in SieSales CRM.
Identify and develop dedicated accounts in the specific Vertical to increase sales.
Develop and maintain application knowledge for the Vertical and position Siemens as a preferred supplier for all customers
Establish and maintain opportunity pipeline in SieSales and coordinate with VSS and other sales channels to ensure maximum hit rate.
Collate market intelligence, opportunities, products and services required by the customer and share on a regular basis with VSS. Collect competitor intelligence in line with Compliance Guidelines
Regular update of customer information on CRM tool
Coordinates and directs the day-to-day sales efforts of assigned Account Representatives to meet sales revenue, profit, and/or expense objectives for direct and/or channel sales.
Evaluate and recommend changes in methods and procedures to optimize workflow and maximize sales
Coordinate and support VSS and other Siemens Organizations for International and multi-location opportunities
Actively promote Customer Service portfolio elements throughout the Vertical to maximize Life Cycle Business with all customers in the Vertical
Actively promote Digital Enterprise portfolio elements including SIWA applications throughout the Vertical to position Siemens Brand with all customers in the Vertical

Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!
Expected degree qualification and/or major: Engineering Degree, Preferred master.
More than 5 professional experience
WWW, Digitalization, O&G and Petrochemical expertise
Language skills: Arabic & English
