Job Description
Overview
The EVMS Analyst will support the GSD Program Management including the Control Account Managers (CAMs) and prepare the program’s monthly integrated program management report (IPMR) CDRL as well as the quarterly Contract Funds Status Report (CFSR). In addition, the Analyst will help manage and administer the EVMS tools and processes and serve as the primary EVMS compliance interface with the customer and Vectrus Corporate.

Responsibilities
Use MPM and WInsight including:
Import actuals and estimated actuals into MPM and reconcile with the accounting ledger
Import and maintain budget baseline
Create and maintain the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Maintain schedules in MPM and/or a scheduling tool and update monthly performance
Update Estimates to Complete
Maintain the Program Baseline Log
Analyze monthly and cumulative contract baseline budget versus actual costs
Perform quality assurance of programs’ variance analysis reports for accuracy
Ensure corporate EVMS system is followed
Support Finance Director and Vectrus Corporate EVMS Compliance Lead as needed
Facilitate integrated baseline reviews (IBRs) as required.
Perform other duties and assignments as required

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
High school diploma
Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
Prior experience developing Work Breakdown Structures and related budgets in job costing environment.
Skills:
Four (4+) years of MS Excel or similar software-based experience
Three (3+) Years of relational database management experience.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Work is generally conducted in an office environment and may require prolonged sitting and extensive keyboard and computer operations; some light lifting. May be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Work may require light lifting, stooping, climbing, standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical or biological agents.
