ICT Business Analyst – Nawah Energy , Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Description
Business Analyst shall act as the intermediary between the business and IT to help business partners achieve their desired business outcomes. Business Analyst is responsible to elicit, analyze and document business requirements; engage with business partners and influence project decisions; prioritize competing business demands.
Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring, Requirements Elicitation and Requirements Life Cycle Management

Elicits, analyzes, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders.
Clearly identifies project stakeholders as well as their characteristics.
Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
Analyzes and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team
Challenge, Classify and Prioritize competing business demands

Work with business partners to challenge each demand and elicit high-level requirements.
Capture business needs in Demand Form.
Present each demand to Enterprise Information and Communication Technology – Requirements Tagging and Routing Center forum to classify and prioritize competing business demands
Communicate the decision to Business partners.
Health Safety Environment & Security (HSES) / Excellence & Quality Management

Ensure compliance to all relevant health, safety and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, by delivery of the HSE Management Program to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality service and a responsible environmental attitude.
Follow all relevant Security policies, processes, procedures and instructions to ensure security compliance in all aspects of work, by applying them on individuals and information assets.
Ensure commitment to culture of excellence and Quality Management by implementing best practices, complying with excellence requirements in terms of policies, procedures and systems, and exceeding stakeholders’ expectations.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Enterprise/Information Technology, Information Systems or related Fields
