Produce the E2E Solution Blueprint (SBP) for all applications and systems in the Mobily Technology Architecture (IT, Network, Security). The SBP is comprised of the Compliance Matrix, E2E design, High Level Design (HLD) and Integrated Low Level Design (iLLD).
Responsible for the completeness of the E2E functional and non-functional design in terms of coverage of business and operational scenarios and consistency of the detailed HLD and iLLD contributions received from impacted systems.
Outline the E2E SBP in terms of business use case/scenarios, data flows, functional requirements, non-functional requirements (NFR’s), security design and compliance, infrastructure and all solution design components needed to deliver the E2E SBP.
Produce Network and Security designs and include within the SBP where a project is impacting these areas.
Lead activities related to producing the HLD contributions to the SBP, liaising with impacted systems Subject Matter Experts (SME’s).
Lead activities related to producing the iLLD contributions to the SBP, liaising with impacted systems Subject Matter Experts (SME’s).
Validate system-specific contributions against the E2E solution blueprint and ensure HLD and iLLD consistency, completeness and readiness.
Liaise with Business Analysts to analyse, review, discuss and refine the Requirements Specification Document (RSD) or any other formal requirements document, providing subject matter expertise to produce the SBP.
Liaise with Mobily Enterprise Architecture (EA) team for designs impacting the system architecture.
Define, as applicable, the deployment, migration, service introduction and rollout design/approach.
Create, maintain and update Project documentation, Master System/Service and Cross-System Service documentation of E2E services and business functions and keep them up to date for every change.
Keep all Design documentation up to date and ensure Mobily SDLC tools for project tracking and collaboration (e.g. JIRA) are kept up to date.
Identify and document the Component Integration Test (CIT) testing components for all systems.
Be an expert reference and support Solution inquiries for Technology Solutions of current and previous Projects.
Deliver Solution Designs that are scalable, configurable, reusable, compatible with existing Technology setup and comply with Mobily operational performance KPI’s/SLA’s and security policies, guidelines and standards.
Adhere to modern industry design standards and principles such as Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).
Adhere to Mobily and Software Vendors design, development, configuration and customization guidelines and best practices and stay within the limits of such guidelines and escalate to management for approval if deviation is required to deliver business requirements.
Ensure designs are compliant with regulatory and other government authorities requirements.
Produce Design Templates for repetitive, similar requirements such that templates can be filled by end users and passed directly via Service Management Office (SMO) to Application Development or IT Operations for implementation without the need for an SBP.
Provide alternative solution options that enable Mobily to meet its time to market targets and objectives.
Deliver SBP’s according to the defined SLA’s and KPI’s.
Deliver solutions that ensure best possible performance while ensuring the best possible Customer Experience.
Deliver solutions that meet operational and business performance SLA’s and KPI’s and defined quality standards.
Support IT functions (SMO, Development, Quality Assurance, IT Operations) throughout the project SDLC process for the efficient and timely closure of deliverables.
Deliver solutions that provide a delightful Customer Experience and User Experience.
Participate in the technical evaluation of Vendor solutions via an RFP process or otherwise.
Conduct reverse engineering of solutions when required.
Perform duties as required by higher levels of supervision.
