Supervises IT Helpdesk:
Support end-users with IT related problems. Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, over the phone, and electronically.
Provide basic troubleshooting for computer and mobile phone devices, both for hardware and software issues.
Diagnose and resolve network, printer problems, PC hardware and software problems.
Install applications and updates as required.
Train staff on IT related equipmen.
Other specialized IT services:
Install and configure employee PC, email, printer, phones, Antivirus, MS Office, portable devices, and other applications as per the user profile.
Create user email accounts and profiles and provide access for file sharing as requested.
Assist in providing IT services at Namma Cargo forums, events and meetings.
Back up and restores files as requested.
Keep computer equipment, hardware, and software updated to meet the organization’s needs.
Evaluate new IT products or services and makes suggestions to better aide end user.
Provide warehouse IT support.
Maintain CCTV cameras.
Contribute to developing an effective culture at the organization, upholding company values and staff morale.
Strong knowledge of IT and MIS.
Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
