We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, with skills and competencies to support and analyze current power systems investments or Joint Ventures performance, to join our Business Support Division (BSD) within our Power Systems.
BSD handles all Power Systems current investments and joint ventures.
Your primary role will be to conduct Joint Venture financial statement reviews and to monitor and issue JV performance and KPI reports and dashboards. You will also support the board members for issues related to current investments for all board related activities as well as review Joint Ventures future capital growth and propose potential investment.
As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:
Conduct Joint Venture (JV) financial statement reviews.
Conduct performance financial due diligence.
Monitor and Issue JV performance and KPI reports and dashboards.
Review JV investment business plans and operating plans.
Support the cooperate board members for issues related to the current investments for all board related activities.
Review JV future capital growth and propose potential investment.
Interface with various corporate organizations, such as Law, Corporate Finance, Human Resources. Mentor, develop and providing expertise guidance for young workforce.
You must hold a Bachelor degree in Economics or Finance from a recognized and approved program. Minors in Accounting or Statistics desirable. A Master’s Degree is preferred.
You will have at least 12 years of work experience in multinational business or International finance. Other requirements are:
You should possess a strong background in financial management and analysis, commercial law, taxation, investments, banking and foreign exchange.
Professional experience with computerized financial systems is desirable.
