Senior Operations Performance Analyst, reporting to the Operation Performance Manager, who will manage day to day operations escalations, performance reports, monitoring special projects, conducting data analysis to assist in analyzing quality results, reviewing process gaps, and suggesting improvements also to support in forecasting the continuous business activity.
Capability of handling customer escalations and issues, by resolving in coordination with internal departments and teams.
Monitor assigned projects via reports and dashboards.
Review operations performance KPI and conduct monthly/quarterly business review with internal departments & external customers.
Experience in preparing professional business presentations.
Hands on experience with complex excel/smartsheet functions/Power BI for data analysis.
Prepare SOPs for the logistics team and special projects as per company standards.
Prepare Audits for the logistics team and special projects to ensure we are meeting contracts and business agreements.
Implement continual improvement initiative, using ‘As Is – To Be’ model.
Review, propose solutions and improve the service quality issues.
Responsible for writing simple/complex SQL queries for data reports.
Analyze day to day manual tasks which consumes more time and prepare Scripts to automate.
Any task which is assigned by Operation Performance Manager within the Job description.
