Responsibilities
Work to answer RSAFs questions and supervise RSAFs issues to completion.
Remote and on-site diagnostics and troubleshooting on RSAFs systems.
Remote and on-site software upgrades/configuration changes at RSAF.
Hardware troubleshooting – swapping of computer components and diagnosing hardware faults.
On-site Hardware and software installation at Ground Stations, Mission Control Centers and Rescue Coordination Centers (as the need arises).
Preventative maintenance on the installed systems that are installed and deployed at RSAF.
Corrective maintenance to be completed as the need arises to maintain the operational status of the SAR systems at RSAF.
Assisting RSAF to collect data and generate reports to Cospas-Sarsat as required.
Remote and on-site system monitoring of the installed systems.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports for RSAF (or as requested.)
Follow-up meetings with RSAF as required.
Representing RSAF in any International Cospas-Sarsat meetings and conventions.
Preparing any or all documentation to support the representation of RSAF to Cospas-Sarsat meeting and conventions.
Support to RSAF for Cospas-Sarsat meetings, this includes accompanying RSAF to meetings as required by contract.
Ensure all contractual requirements are met as per support service agreement between Honeywell and RSAF.
Ensure SLA as stated in contract or defined by management are satisfied and measured each month and presented to both RSAF and Honeywell SAR Team Management.
Meet all key performance indicators as set by Honeywell SAR management and RSAF
Weekly/Monthly reporting to RSAF and Honeywell SAR Management
Available 24/7 for any On-Call activities outside of Office Hours.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent. Some experience in the field.
