About this role:
Arrange drafting, materials and fabrication required for anomaly / MCD rectification;
Review / verify engineering drawings to ensure they are compliant with relevant codes prior to being issued as ‘approved for construction’;
Liaise with Planning Team to ensure work scope is aligned with major equipment and vessel outages where possible to minimize production losses;
Identify any potential constructability clashes and propose suitable alternate solutions as and when required;
Liaise with relevant Technical Authorities and Asset Integrity Department to determine suitable repair solutions on a case-by-case basis;
Identify tie-in points for the Scope of Work (SOW) and ascertain the suitability of all valves / instruments / in-line items for retention and reinstatement;
Technical evaluation of piping, valves, gaskets and installation materials.
