Job Description
The purpose of the job is to help potential customers understand, compare, and contrast the products/services/solutions that are available (the pre-sales role);(the post-sales role);
Key Responsibilities
Planning Assistance & Implementation
‒ Approach potential customer for the purpose of initiating sales.
‒ Respond to all incoming (department) sales enquiries and maintain the sales database and pipeline.
‒ Organize sales visits as and when required.
‒ Develop long term relationships with customers, through management and interpretation of their requirements.
Pre and Post Sale Activities
‒ Prepare tenders, proposals and quotations.
‒ Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet the customer as well as the company needs.
‒ Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product/service education.
‒ Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required.
