Planning Assistance & Implementation
Assist in the design and development of the department Sales and Marketing Plan.
Approach potential customer for the purpose of initiating sales.
Respond to all incoming (department) sales enquiries and maintain the sales database and pipeline.
Organize sales visits as and when required.
Develop long term relationships with customers, through management and interpretation of their requirements.
Pre and Post Sale Activities
Prepare tenders, proposals and quotations.
Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet the customer as well as the company needs.
Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product/service education.
Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required.
Follow up on collections.
Support & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales report Daily Reports and discuss on weekly basis
Support company marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, etc., when requested.
