Your tasks and responsibilities
You will be Analyze of the installed base development and develop SRS market campaign and strategies together with the CS Business Support.
Establish long term market and product strategies for SRS in the country. Focus on development of the field force and the processes necessary to leverage the SRS infrastructure into other service/business offerings. You will be utilizing IT data for business insights.
Establish technical solutions, maintain, and monitor EPS (Enhanced productivity services), Services Support
You will Enable all functionalities according requirement in order to execute EPS Service (TeamPlay, LifeNet, PEP Connect )
Install new Syngo equipment with completion of installation and Startup Protocol as per guideline of Syngo Business unit.
Comply with national and local regulations and safety standards, as well as technical and operational guidelines from Siemens Healthcare
Achieve and Maintain highest level of customer care within the framework of Siemens Healthcare, Customer Services by supporting the customer service organizations in monitoring and troubleshooting the systems.
Implementation of the Hardware, installation of the basic software.
System configuration and integration into the IT environment of the customer.
Your qualifications and experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Similar.
Minimum 5 years of experience in imaging service.
Experience with PACS/RIS.
