Be the face of Honeywell to end users, customers and consultants for technology and solutions.
Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third party equipment (as per trade expertise).
Prepare the shop drawings and application projects specifically for SLJs.
Prepare project schedules and delivery plan.
Proactive coordination with different internal functions to achieve delivery targets.
Supervision of field installation, cabling in SLJs.
Resolve equipment and accessory needs for implementation and advise FSE or FSS in time.
Carry out design works, programming of BMS systems. Sufficient knowledge of various Honeywell programming tools.
Install EBI, prepare graphics and vital programming works as per specifications.
Be ready on the job site during temporary or final acceptance of SLJs.
End to end ownership for respective service contracts.
Propose connected service solutions to existing customers and convert traditional contracts to OBS contracts.
Availability for and performance of duties outside of normal working hours as per agreed rosters and as advised.
Generate spares and add-on orders from existing contracts.
Lifecycle management for customer install base, propose and win system/software upgrades.
Ensure customer happiness through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients.
Ensure delivery of value to Honeywell clients and customers.
Financial control according to previously agreed budgets and plans.
Cost and time minimize the project.
Support FSE or FSS for project cost and progress reporting.
Analyse backward completion of the projects with difficulties/mistakes met and make vital suggestion for organization tuning accordingly.
Build new sales opportunities during the application of the project.
Report possible future failures, disturbances and other opportunities for improvement.
Estimate materials costs and quantities provide the information to the FSS and Service Sales.
Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as taught by team leader.
Follow the Honeywell SOPs, HSE and quality systems while delivering the periodic maintenance services as well as the execution of spot services and SLJs.
Achievement, measurement and reporting of performance indicators and site service objectives.
Carry out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks as per company policy and procedures.
Report near misses, incidents and other opportunities for improvement.

Minimum Associates degree, four year degree in engineering or Engineering Diploma preferred.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience servicing, designing and troubleshooting of, Honeywell BMS and Fire Alarm System.
Honeywell and Industry based sophisticated programming skills
Strong fault finding skills
Good experience in designing and commissioning of BMS systems.
Having knowledge on industry open protocols’ BACnet, Modbus, lon, opc
Excellent Honeywell product knowledge (BMS)
Strong knowledge on information and communication technology.
Sound knowledge in cloud based solutions big data analytics shall be an added qualification.
Having certified training programme from Honeywell.
