Duties & Responsibilities:
This position requires an enthusiastic individual who will develop, implement and monitor a program of social and cultural enrichment activities to engage students in a broad campus life experience that will enhance education and provide personal and professional development opportunities.
The candidate will research, develop and deliver a variety of student enrichment activities and events with a creative approach to increase student participation and overall student experience as well as coordinate the logistical arrangements of student enrichment activities and events, including scheduling, marketing and purchasing to ensure successful outcomes.
The Student Life Specialist will maintain records of all activities to ensure accurate monitoring and produce data to contribute to Student Life reporting requirements and collect and analyze student feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of the program and to ensure relevance to student life and continuous improvement of activities offered.
More roles include, developing and maintaining partnerships with student clubs to support consistent membership and an active program. As well as developing and maintaining up-to-date promotional and informational materials regarding student development activities to improve awareness and increase participation.
The successful candidate will support the Student Affairs Division to organize Student Orientation, ensuring students are informed about enrichment activities. Also support the recruitment of Student Ambassadors and assist with training and development to ensure they are effective ambassadors of the College.
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is required.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience is required.
Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

Good organization skills with a high standard of professional integrity. A proactive can-do attitude to work and good time management is essential. Commitment to provide service excellence. Good attention to detail is required. Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic work environment. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Package and tools is required.
