Maintains supervisor’s calendar, prepares and types documents and correspondence. The school secretary interacts with students and parents to resolve problems. Performs duties unique to school environment including; personnel and payroll coordination, computer area security, key control, and records management. Responsible for maintaining an accurate Substitute teacher roster. May also assist in education program implementation involving coordinating program requirements and administrative details.
