Job Summary
Responsible for all aspects of the restaurant business, including fiscal, operations, and facilities ensuring standards of quality, service and execution are maintained
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor in Business Management / Hotel Management or related fields iis preferred.
Minimum experience of 5-8 years in similar jobs.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in English, and Arabic as well
Able to work professionally under pressure and stress, especially during busy hours
Capable of long hours of standing workload
Maintaining a good pace of work
Works together as a team and is a team player
Fulfilling any reasonable requests asked by the manager or the supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities
Continually look for ways to improve the quality of operations while understanding the value of consistency in food and service
Promote a strong, continuous focus on customers and their total dining experience; seek feedback from customers; continually search for ways to increase guest satisfaction; take immediate action to resolve customer complaints; make decisions with the customer’s best interest in mind
Accurately assess strengths and development needs of employees; give timely specific feedback and helpful coaching
Select, train, retain and leverage key talent, setting challenging performance standards and realistic goals
Recognize and reward effective performance fostering collaboration and promote teamwork among employees. Re-direct efforts when goals are not being met. Clarify roles, responsibilities and priorities
Convey a sense of urgency and drive issues to closure
Make decisions that enhance the outlet’s profitability while balancing the need to grow sales, control costs, and positively affect profitability
Identify systems and processes that will increase revenues and reduce costs
Develop annual budgets in conjunction with the Head Of Operations Manager and ensure meeting financial targets
