Zain Kuwait is actively recruiting for the role of Inbound Representative at our Contact Center. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Facilitating, solving, interacting and providing a high level of customer service that would exceed customer expectations.
Greeting customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner as well as evaluating customer concerns and resolving problems in a timely manner aiming to ensure and secure customer satisfaction in every interaction in a professional manner.
Staying updated on products, services, promotions, procedures and terminology for all ZAIN touch points and third party services in order to successfully up-sell.
Fulfill individual and team based performance parameters (KPIs) to ensure meeting company standards.
What Do You Need to Qualify
A minimum of 2 years’ Diploma (Bachelor Degree is preferred).
