CRM and Billing Manager – Zain Group , Kuwait

Job Description
Zain Group is actively recruiting for a CRM and Billing Manager who will support and align road-maps of CRM technologies, revenue management and related areas in all Zain operations. You will supervise the roll-out of systems, upgrades and operational activities across Zain operations, including vendor management related activities.
Your role will include but not be limited to:
Preparing and updating BSS related blueprints for all Zain solutions and applications covering charging, revenue management and CRM to meet business requirements which provide the best fit for Zain, and align with Zain’s strategy.
Providing guidelines to support Group-level Technology road-map in BSS that suits operations’ needs based on budget and priority.
Supporting operations with budgeting to plan deployment of solutions/applications as per their respective technology road-map.
Supporting Group Procurement and operations by participating in the development, analysis and review of RFI/RFQ specifications and evaluations and technical/commercial trials of relevant technologies.
Supporting the development, support and maintenance of the business systems in Zain and operations in accordance to solution design specifications, defined architectures and technology strategies.
Guide operations on best practices, methodology and architecture for BSS solution / applications based on blueprint guidelines, in addition to optimizing BSS operational activities.

What Do You Need to Qualify
To be considered for the role, you are to possess the following requirements:
Bachelor Degree in IT or a relevant field
10 years of experience with 5 years in a similar role.
Demonstrate knowledge in:
Customer Relationship Management,
Fulfillment,
Assurance,
Product Life-cycle Management,
Resource Management,
Billing and Revenue Management.
Oversight of Product,
Operation of eTOM verticals.
Preferable knowledge in digitalization, virtualization/containerization and APIs
