The Prepaid Segments Analyst supports the Prepaid Segment Manager in the development and execution of commercially attractive, above the line, Prepaid voice and broadband acquisitions products, services and campaigns that cater to the consumer segment. The Prepaid Segments Analyst aids in the definition of the strategy, analyzes trends and customer preferences, and often leads the documentation effort concerning concept papers, value propositions, product specifications. Additionally, the Prepaid Segments Analyst will be required to coordinate with various stakeholders across Zain to help ensure the consistent and timely production of initiatives
from 3 to 5 years experience as marketer in the mobile telecom industry with focus on the following functions:
Customer lifetime and value management.
Product design and lifecycle management.
Competitive action based analysis.
Pricing and profitability analysis.
Writing up full business requirements and help technical teams to build up solutions.
What Do You Need to Qualify
Education: Bachelor degree in MIS/Business Administration/Marketing/Statistics – MBA is a plus.
English proficiency is a must. Arabic is a plus.
Skilled SQL user.
Full skills in Microsoft office: Excel and PowerPoint specifically.
Advanced communication and presentation skills.
