Sr. Financial Analyst – Alghanim Industries , kuwait

Key Responsibilities:
To provide analytical support to the business unit by monitoring business performance and assisting in the financial planning process
Support Finance Manager in preparation of business plan, budget & reviews.
Assist in business goals update and Balanced Score Cards.
Review and provide variance explanation on actual vs. budget analysis.
Monitor and review Key Performance Indicators.
Review and update financial and/or managerial reports.
Perform Competitors and Market Share analysis
Analyse profitability by channel/ segment/ agency/ contract/ customer, etc.
Perform New Agencies/ New Business feasibility/ viability analysis.
Follow up and control Capital Expenditures.

Candidate Requirements
Candidate should possess an MBA in Finance and/or three to five years of business/finance experience, in positions of increasing responsibility.
Sound knowledge of financial and management accounting concepts.
Good leadership, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Proven analytical capabilities.
Fluency in English; strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
