Educational Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting and having 02-04 years of post-qualification work experience in a similar role in an organization or consulting company of repute.
OR Two year’s college Diploma in Commerce / Finance / Accounting and having 06 years of post-qualification work experience in a similar role in an organization or an consulting company of repute.

Skills/Knowledge
1- Some understanding of financial markets and investor relationships
2- Knowledge of financial accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements
3- Understanding of sensitivity and scenario analysis
4- Ability to extract and prepare accounting data for modelling purposes
Advanced (Excel) modelling skills

Job Description
1.Develop (under supervision) the corporate financial model for Oman Air as part of the business plan
2.Maintain and update the model according to business development
3.Develop reports including graphical and numerical outputs
4.Identify and follow a set of competitors for benchmarking purposes
5.Co-ordinate the approach to performance management, leading on the development and presentation of performance reports and benchmarking activities, and supporting the corporate performance management framework
6.Plan, scope and deliver a range of individual service reviews and projects in line with key corporate and service improvement plan objective, to continually improve service efficiency, outcomes, delivery and performance
7.Establish, maintain and continually review a comprehensive corporate performance management framework to ensure it remains fit for purpose
8.Take a lead in the development and co-ordination of benchmarking activities and Value for money activities; including the provision of accurate and relevant benchmarking data, to enable the service to assess its performance and costs across a range of peer groups and implement change, as a result
9.Develop, maintain and distribute KPIs for Oman Air and relevant departments
10.Conduct project-specific activities when and as assigned
11.Ensures that project/department milestone/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
12.Develop, documents and implement business plans, processes and procedures
13.Identify risks and develop mitigation plans
