Educational Qualifications
Fresh Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably in Science
Or Fresh Two years college Diploma in any discipline with 2 years of relevant experience.
OR Specialized certificate / license in the related field with Secondary School and having 6 years of WY / Aviation experience in similar functions.

Skills/Knowledge
1. Proficiency in English (Spoken & Written)
2. Proficiency in MS office
3. Appropriate familiarization training on at least one aircraft type operated by the Company is desirable.
4. Completed courses on Quality Assurance or Management

Job Description
1. Initial scrutiny of inward applications like: (1) Grant of Company Authorization, (2) Renewal of Company Authorization, for completion of all parameters as required by CAR145 MOE.
2. Renewal applications follow-up for Certificate of Airworthiness, Certificate of Approval of Aircraft Radio Installation and Aircraft Radio Station Licence and follow-up.
3. Co-ordinate and follow-up with DGCAR (Oman) for Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Licence (AMEL) initial / renewal.
4. Maintain records on EO’s, AMS, Dispensations and MEL approval/amendment request sent to DGCAR-Oman and forward the approved records to Development Engineering-Technical Library for action/distribution as per SMQA/MQA instruction.
5. Updating of Quality Assurance Technical Publications like Technical Notices (TN’s), Quality Assurance Notice (QAN), Engineering Procedure Manual (EPM), and Maintenance Organisation Expositions (MOE).
6. Timely arrangement of external third party Airlines/Authorities auditors’ travels, gate pass, hotels booking etc.
7. Safe keeping of technical documents (Approvals & Agreements) with safe; and maintains records of Quality Assurance Assets status.
8. Assisting HOD to make yearly Budget: Technical Training, Manpower & Capital Expenditure, and Accountable Manager meeting Agenda and compiling Minutes for the same.
9. Assist in setting up of office for new staff, maintain cost effective standard, control documents and systemizing routine works technically.
10. Monitoring and controlling of DGCAR approved organization records validity and follow-up.
11. New Aircraft Registration, Fixed ELT and Mode ‘S’ applications to DGCAR and follow-up.
12. Organizing External audits and third party audits and follow ups.
13. Full control and monitor of Pilot’s/First Officers Transit (‘P’) Approvals. Scrutiny of Initial / Renewal of “Pilots Authorization Approval Application”. Update flight crew PDC course records and liaise with Flight Operation division.
14. Handling of Thales IFE i5000, i4500 Maintenance of Avionics IFE system approval systems and update, control, monitor.
