Scope of the Job
As an Aftersales Manager, you will be to develop and manage the performance of your Service team in delivering an exceptional customer service experience in part sales, body shop and workshop whilst implementing plans to optimise the full profit potential of the aftersales services. You are responsible for achieving overall service revenue growth, profitability, productivity, quality, and service levels.
Provides strategic leadership as well as the day to day management of a team of workshop, bodyshop, parts and service
Monitor customer satisfaction data to ensure that a high level of customer service is being delivered
Continuously review key processes to ensure effective operating of the aftersales department
Implement and guide the use of aftersales marketing tools to support to delivery of profitable growth.
Responsibilities include developing, maintaining and managing a highly technical field service team.
Qualifications and skills
At least 10 years working experience in an aftersales management.
Experience in aftersales management of auto dealer group is preferred
Technical understanding when it comes to vehicle failures and breakdowns
Ability to understand and interpret financial information such as margins, labour cost, mark-ups and expense control
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Self-motivation, influencing and relationship building skills
