Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage and directs the service department technicians for maximum efficiency and productivity while overseeing all service repair work to ensure the highest quality of customer service,
Lead the group of the technical team,
Hands on managing f all workshop activates, especially technical issues.
Control workshop activities including the scheduling of work in the service department,
Liaise with customers and diagnose customer concerns,
Fully responsible for customer service, reliability and dependability by provided all fields with technical assistance that they require form the workshop
Prepare “Job cards”,
Forecast and order spare parts for specific jobs
Supervisor and follow-up on actual progress of technicians,
Provide on-the-job training as well as coaching and mentoring to mechanics,
Assist all technicians in diagnosis of mechanical & services works,
Ensure that technicians are using their time effectively and efficiently,
Ensure and inspect the repairs and services are in accordance with the customers’ instructions and technical guidelines,
Ensure the customer receive the best quality service by requiring that all jobs are completed correctly the first time,
Check and inspect that all tools are available and maintained in the correct place and that all equipments are in suitable working condition,
Control and set workshop behavioral standards

Skills:
Skills and Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor of Automobile /Mechanical engineering,
Experience in the Automobile dealership
Sound knowledge of workshop procedures,
Excellent diagnostic skills,
MS office,
Customer handling skills
Good communication skills
