Manage the full portfolio of products and defines a strategy for advertising channels, exclusive deals, preferential inventory in cooperation with Revenue Management.
Effectively market newly and existing products in an efforts to influence conversion rate, sales and drive profitability for the direct channel by analysing consumer demand and behaviour.
Identify and implement leisure and Corporate CUGs via new partnerships, aiming at increasing online revenue through Digital Channels, with a focus on premium sales.
Build a Digital Direct only campaign strategy aimed at serving preferential content, fares, products and features to make QR.com and mobile the customers’ preferred booking channel.
Keeps abreast with the latest products and technologies available in the travel industry and suggest implementation of new features, enhancements, products and content, especially on mobile app, aimed at provide a differentiated unique experience and generating incremental direct revenue.
Benchmark, identify and propose key functionalities in the industry to be implemented on QR. com which will enable revenue and penetration increase.
Identify and successfully implement Global partnerships which will be used raise awareness and gain exposure for QR and offer value adds available only on QR.com and respective Mobile Web/App.
Identify through strategic data analysis opportunities to segments, destinations, point of sales, nationalities and propose initiatives to target these customers with preferential content.
Works closely with Commercial Marketing and Revenue Management in order to push the right message to the consumers and appropriate competitive price in the market.
Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
The applicant should have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with a minimum 8 years job related experience, at least 5 years’ experience within Loyalty Programs and/or Partnerships Management.
Should have excellent verbal and written communications skills. Also possess good analytical, interpersonal skills and a proven team player
Digital direct Sales and marketing experience
Ability and experience in implementing worldwide partnerships boosting QR.com as a preferred channel.
Worked as business development and/or E.Com sales driven positions in digital developing unique selling points to increase direct business.
Digital Sales and digital metrics knowledge.
Very good experience and knowledge of digital commerce platforms in retail and/or airline industry.
Working in cross functional ways with very different stakeholders.
Creating business case documents that will allow implementation of new features and/or enhancements on mobile first as well as desktop allowing incremental direct sales in potentially different geographies.
