The College of the North Atlantic – Qatar is inviting nominations and applications for the position of Marketing Programs Coordinator in the Marketing and Public Relations (PR) Department. Reporting to Marketing and Events Section Head, Marketing Programs Coordinator must be a proven leader with the skills and expertise necessary to support the Marketing and Public Relations (PR) Department in fully implementing the College’s mission and vision.

Duties & Responsibilities:
This position requires an energetic and enthusiastic individual who will provide support in the implementation of the marketing plan in order to enhance CNA-Q’s brand positioning. Coordinate the process of developing and implementing compelling videos, photography, and content for social media, website, and other digital media to creatively promote CNA-Q and its academic programs. Collaborate with internal teams to create campaigns and optimize user experience to guarantee maximum optimization on campaigns and creative strategy.
Support the Marketing and Events Section Head to plan and manage the digital calendar for upcoming events and activities. Communicate with all media, legal and external materials providers, Schools and non-academic departments to provide marketing support for new and existing departmental and program initiatives and develop marketing plans. Support the Communication section to update CNA-Q’s website, SharePoint, D2L and social media platforms to communicate the latest events, news and announcements, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders at the College. Liaise with departments, vendors and participants to ensure effective delivery of digital content and contribute to the success of events and marketing initiatives.
Maintain and manage CNA-Q’s video and photos library, ensuring that the library is archived properly. Maintain good working relationships with key contacts in departments and schools to enable a partnership approach to marketing support and accuracy of marketing communication. Collaborate with Procurement to ensure availability of all supplies required by the department for its efficient and effective functioning. Review new technologies and keep CNA-Q at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

Education and Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Media Communication
1 year of relevant experience in Marketing, or related field
Experience in these areas is a plus: sourcing and managing content development, publishing, digital marketing, photo/video editing and production.
Fluency in written and spoken English language is required
Fluency in written and spoken Arabic language is required

Commitment to positive relationship building and effective working relationships across all levels of the organizations is necessary. Knowledge of Communications, PR, Planning and Execution is required. Commitment to ongoing training and continuous professional development is needed. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
