Overview
**This position will be located in Qatar in support of LOGCAP**
Under the supervision of the Property Supervisor , maintains records and control of all Vectrus Owned and Government Furnished Property (GFP) on the LOGCAP Contract in accordance with applicable government regulations, supplements by agency unique regulations; company procedures or government relations This position maintains records and logs of property received, transferred, allocated, held and disposed; coordinates property transfers; conducts periodic property inventories; and prepares reports of property status. Responsibilities

Qualifications
Education/Experience Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
Must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
Must be a U.S. Citizen
A valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain a U. S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator’s License and host nation Driver’s License, is required.
Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination:
To be qualified for this position you must comply with USCENTCOM MOD 16 that requires proof that you are fully vaccinated for COVID-19, as defined by the CDC or host country requirements. As of now, to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 you must have received either two doses of Pfizer BioNTech Vaccine, two doses of AstraZeneca/Oxford Vaccine, two doses of Moderna Vaccine, or one dose of Johnson & Johnson Vaccine, and two weeks must have elapsed after the final dose was administered. This definition may change in accordance with CDC guidelines. Compliance with this government requirement is an essential function of the position and is a condition of employment.

Experience:
Two (2) years of experience in government property management or related field. Experience with Automated Property Management Systems.

Skills
Read, write, and speak English at proficiency level 3
Must exhibit strong organization and communication skills.
Must feel comfortable delegating and possess skills to include scheduling workers, keeping track of staffing and keeping their staff motivated.
The most significant experience is education or training from work experience in a related occupation.
Physical Requirements
Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
Visual Acuity
The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication parts at distances close to the eyes.

Working Conditions
The worker is subject to extreme cold. Temperatures typically below 32 degrees for periods of more than one hour. Consideration should be given to the effect of other environmental conditions, such as wind and humidity.
The worker is subject to extreme heat. Temperatures above 100 degrees for periods of more than one hour. Consideration should be given to the effect of other environmental conditions, such as wind and humidity.
The worker is subject to noise. There is sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level.
The worker is subject to vibration. Exposure to oscillating movements of the extremities or whole body.
