Where Do You Fit In?
We are seeking a driven and ambitious individual who will be part of Honeywell’s Middle East region for driving Industry 4.0 digital transformation business development and sales, especially around Honeywell’s latest enterprise performance management solution “Honeywell FORGE for Industrial”. Based in Doha, Qatar, you will be the front line seller who drives sales, identifying and generating opportunities for different kinds of customers. You will foster client satisfaction by maintaining regular customer contact and managing customer expectations. You will develop customer relationships through coordinating and/or attending trade shows, seminar, and similar events. You will provide education of Honeywell product through technical presentations. You will maintain, and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system. You will provide competitive intelligence and market trends. You will provide forecast/demand input to Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP).

What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day?
· Understand and evolve “Honeywell FORGE for Industrial” propositions and become a trusted digital advisor to Honeywell’s clients;
· Assess, identify, and develop potential clients for “Honeywell FORGE for Industrial” solutions across assigned territory
· Develop new, mature existing opportunities and turn them into successfully projects with focus on projects, services and software
· Deliver winning proposals to articulate the value propositions to deliver customers business objectives
· Develop HCP forecast across industries and assigned geography;
· Interact with key Honeywell’s Business (EMEA GMs & Regional Leaders), Sales and Marketing Leaders to ensure there is alignment between the business and sales needs
· Interact with Honeywell’s business partners such as consulting companies to drive growth and increase market share
· Provide guidance and support to Country Sales Manager and client account managers on the growth in the assigned geography by raising awareness across the assigned geography.
· Manage company sales CRM applications with regular updates and visibility across the business
· Conduct opportunity reviews with business and consulting team to set the pursuit strategies
· Ability to coordinate with other business functions within Honeywell to leverage the wide portfolio delivering to customer needs

What Skills and Experience will you Have?
· Bachelor’s degree / equivalent, with significant experience in the field, or Master’s degree / equivalent, with some experience
· Fluent English communication skills
· Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
· Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
· Ability to identify software solutions ideally within digital
· Customer engagement at senior levels; building long-term strategic and executive relationships ideally within an Oil and Gas
· A well-developed sense of the customers business, their drivers, and their organization.
· A strong understanding of business drivers
