Sales Manager – ABB – Doha – Qatar

Your responsibilities
Generating demand for ABB installation products through a constant and tailored approach towards consultants, OEM’s and contractors, build business relationships and proactively support partners and internal and external customers
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and technical knowledge of the customer needs and prepare and execute sales plans and bids
Identify and develop new market opportunities in the assigned geographical area and segments, develop the business through the channel partners network identifying qualified opportunities and converting them into sustainable business
Collaborating with the sales team of other ABB divisions in order to maximize the common business opportunities, furthermore collaborating with the product marketing team to take into the market the right value proposition bringing back relevant market information
Keeping CRM and all relevant reporting updated and reporting back to the Marketing & Sales Manager, able to provide accurate demand order and revenue forecasts
In depth knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM & Navisworks knowledge, reading and understanding architectural layouts, sections and elevations.

Your background
Bachelor’s Degree – Electrical Engineering
More than 5 years of sales experience with sound knowledge of the Earthing, Lightning & Surge Protection system
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, work cohesively with the team to maximize output and good experience in doing designs with AutoCAD with architectural layouts
Passion for solutions and applications, comfortable defining pricing positioning, willingness to travel when needed
Excellent presentation and communication skills, good organization skills, problem solving and analytical skills, comfortable using a CRM system and good knowledge in Microsoft Office 365
Fluency in English language is mandatory
