Overall administration and support for users of the analytics platform.
Assess, define, implement and test tracking requirements for new app and website features.
Perform regression testing for analytics tracking in cases of new app or website releases.
Document and communicate newly tracked dimensions and metrics to management and business users to ensure that proper usage and interpretation are aligned.
Provide support to users of the analytics platform including tasks such as raising trouble tickets to vendor, investigating issues, alerting users about exceptional events, preparing report or dashboard templates.
Provide support in integrating the analytics platform to other tools such as email systems, data lakes, or any other reporting system.
Provide timely reports and analysis of performance.
We are looking for a passionate, high energy individual with demonstrated experience in managing the reporting and analysis of an e-Commerce department.
A successful candidate will have –
A bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of experience in the end-to-end implementation of analytics tracking on e-Commerce sites. Additionally, below experience will also be essential to progress forward.
Hands on experience in using Adobe Launch or Adobe Tag Manager.
Working knowledge of Adobe Workspace, marketing channel management and attribution rules.
Experience in preparing project plans.
Well versed in giving presentations on business performance to senior management.
Experience in driving insights from voluminous data and submitting actionable recommendations.
Experience in implementing Google Analytics, Firebase or DMP an advantage.
