review and further develop the service provided to the organisation by the team engaging with and building positive relationships with the business to ensure that their requirements are at the centre of the design and delivery of services. You will innovate and challenge established methods to secure continuous improvements. Plan and organise the team to enable the achievement of key objectives and key performance indicators ensuring that resources are targeted on the businesses priorities and meeting customer needs.
You must have a Bachelor’s degree with minimum 10 years of job-related experience. You must have operational exposure to range of HR and general business disciplines and be able to develop strategic initiatives as well as implementing processes and operational solutions.
You must have effective team management and leadership with excellent understanding of best practice HR management theories. You must have the ability to lead and deliver quality HR generalist support at a strategic level. You must be business oriented, have good understanding of business requirements and be used to working in a fast paced working environment.
have excellent English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels within the organisation. Actively interested in what’s going on with a questioning attitude and willingness to learn. We need you to have strong influencing skills, strong leadership ability and innovative mind set. You must be able to engage, inspire and influence people as well as being able to drive solutions whenever required. Strong analytical abilities, excellent facilitation skills and strong project management skills are an important requirement of the role.
