Service sales manager – ABB , Qatar

Your responsibilities
To lead the implementation of global PGHV Business Unit strategies and to initiate at country level to ensure appropriate sales and marketing efforts within Indonesia and ensure the PGHV Business Unit maintains cost controls for assigned Global PGHV Business Unit
To Manage and responsible for the demand market & demand side budget for global PGHV business units including third party sales and develop the “White Spot” market for PGHV in Indonesia
Develop business strategies, sales and marketing plans in partnership with local marketing and Sales teams and to participate in the budgeting process, including preparing the market Information representing the Global PGHV
Ensure local sales teams are provided with necessary training and receive appropriate accreditation and Work together with Global Sales Marketing, Hub Sales and Marketing Communication for planning and implementation of marketing activities
Ensure proposals are developed to enable negotiations and Oversee quotations to promote optimal outcome and to ensure all status updates and documentation are accurately tracked
Organize and promote after sales service activities to Ensures appropriate order handling of products/systems/services are appropriately managed
Oversee the market intelligence process and ensuring detailed market analysis of market trends, key competition, and emerging technologies and to produces monthly and ad-hoc reports to monitor market and progress

Your background
A Degree in Engineering.
More than 5 years of experience in Sales.
Sound knowledge of Turnkey substation or High voltage product.
Knowledge of MS office.
Proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
