Role Purpose
The Visual Commercial Coordinator is responsible for enhancing products display in the shops in the assigned area through a creative visual merchandising in order to maximize sales opportunities and increase sales volume.
Key Accountabilities
Distribute and arrange merchandise by making the most of available space while complying with the company guidelines and display mapping (customer profile, color harmony, etc.) in order to attract a maximum number of customers and promote sales.
Ensure the right visual environment is created and maintained at all times.
Ensure to maintain the brand’s standard across the shops by ensuring a favorable retail store image in the assigned area.
Supervise an accurate implementation of in-store marketing and graphics.
Oversee sales by analyzing reports in addition to supporting the management team with all procedures related to the product, i.e transfers, inventory management etc. to ensure efficiency and effective commercial management.
Assist in recruiting, training, motivating and evaluating his/her team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge
High School Degree
3 years of experience in visual merchandising
Fluency in English
Proficiency in MS office
