About this role
You will be supervising Drilling, Completions and Abandonment activities in the North Sea, working on a 14*14 rotation.
Day to day, your tasks can vary. From reporting the progress of operations to participating in all Risk Assessments (HAZOP/HAZID) and monitoring consumption and stock of materials.
These are big drilling projects, but you won’t be on your own.
You’ll liaise with Drilling/Completions Superintendents and the Well Operations Team so that drilling objectives are achieved on-time and within budget- maximising the return on exploration.
Safety is key. You’ll ensure that all activities adhere to the Company’s HSE policies and procedures and standards for well integrity.
You will have been in this industry for some time and you’ll have a number of years’ experience working in a similar role on other offshore rigs.
An Engineering degree is a bonus, but most important is a good understanding of operations and process facilities.
This opportunity has an urgent start date so you will need to be available to mobilise by the first week in December.
