Job Description
The responsibilities and duties of this job include but are not limited to the following:

Recruitment:
Posting job ads on different hiring platforms, screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings.
Preparing recruitment reports.
Personnel:
Updating personnel records and ensure the documentation is appropriate and up to date.
Supporting other functions as assigned.
Responding to Staff inquiries, explaining policies, answering questions, and independently resolving problems whenever feasible.
Coordinating with the HR Department regarding Employee warnings.
Maintaining attendance sheets and absence records.

Office Management:
Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Coordinating safety and security of the building, supervising maintenance and repair visits.
Managing phone calls and e-mail correspondence from other employees, units, departments, and companies.
Administration Affairs:
Reviewing, negotiating, and updating contracts.
Managing procurement and purchasing procedures, ordering new Office equipment and supplies as needed.
