Finance Manager – OMC – BAE System , Saudi Arabia

Your main responsibilities:
To develop finance reporting and processes across the Business:
Financial Reporting and Forecasting – to direct, co-ordinate and undertake internal and external reporting. To challenge and analyse inputs from within the Business Unit(s) to identify key issues and trends, risks and opportunities to enable:
To act as a key point of contact for financial queries
To undertake ad-hoc requests as necessary to satisfy both internal and external customers
Support any surge requirements across the KPC’s as required to improve the overall group performance
To ensure the overall integrity of the accounts through:
· Agree areas for improvement, investigate potential solutions and deliver in line with agreed timescales
· Effectively manage the business reporting inputs through to the group reporting outputs
· management of the business and decision making
· timely, complete and accurate reporting
· the direct linkage of the accounts to the output of the under-pinning financial systems
· the implementation of an appropriate set of financial controls
· Responsibility for compliance with the Finance Policy Manual ensuring that control processes are operating and monthly reviews of the balance sheet occur for all accounts
· Providing leadership and guidance to the KPC teams, regarding development and coaching
· Drive high-quality collaboration and communication across all KPC’s
· Prepare and review accurate and consistent information for all shareholder/partner reviews
· Develop the most effective approach to cost base management in a sustainable and repeatable fashion which supports high quality reporting and effective challenge, but also delivers pan-KPC cost savings through aggregation of relationships
· Ensure all accounting systems and processes meet company and statutory requirements and develop, recommend and implement new systems and processes, where appropriate, to improve business performance
· Lead the effective management of financial relationships with customers, suppliers and collaborators in assigned areas.
· Contribute to the development of policies and strategies to support and develop the business
· Lead and co-ordinate the internal auditing of accounts and the relationship with external auditors to ensure required professional standards are maintained and statutory requirements are met
· Provide financial and business advice to senior managers and directors to support decision-making and development of the business
· Oversee activities and processes to ensure the financial effectiveness of expenditure decisions
· Lead the consolidation of accounts/financial information in assigned areas to meet business needs

Your Skills and Qualifications:
· Fully qualified accountant with at least 5 years relevant Finance experience
· Bachelor degree is required
· Proven track record of performance and delivery
· Demonstrate an extensive knowledge of financial controls and corporate governance in a business
· Ability to lead, manage and develop operational teams
· Able to provide financial advice and to influence business stakeholders
· Good communication and interpersonal skills including business level English language
· A self-motivated worker with practical experience of dealing with complex issues in a pro-active manner
· Demonstrable ability to deliver quality outputs within agreed timescales
