Job Description
Nesma High Training Institute (NHTI) was established by Nesma & Partners in 2011, under the supervision of Technical Vocational Training Corporation. Through offering training programs in various disciplines in the construction industry, NHTI develops Saudi human resource capacities, by technical and vocational training that fulfils the labour market demands of qualified individuals.
Since the establishment of NHTI till date, more than 5,500 Saudi trainees graduated from NHTI earning various vocational certificates.
The General Manager- Nesma High Training Institute, oversees the implementation, growth and development of all vocational and training programs within the Institute. This role and the associated responsibilities play an integral part of the delivery of an effective career training and vocational educational program at the company. The role also incorporates the design and delivery of an innovative and engaging curriculum that meets the dynamic needs of our trainees.
Support a team of instructors in working together to deliver relevant and authentic vocational and training programs at the training institute.
Play an integral part of the delivery of an effective career education and vocational educational program.
Incorporates the design and delivery of an innovative and engaging curriculum that meets the dynamic needs of our students in accordance with TVTC
Manage key contacts outside of the formal Training institute. They therefore have an important ambassadorial role in the promotion of our Training Institute to the broader community.
Responsible for the coordination and management of all Vocational Education and Training programs run within the Institute.
Responsible for the coordination and management of outside training providers who manage embedded competencies at the institute.
Responsible for all record keeping required by the Institute Curriculum
Contribute to the development of the training institute based on policies and procedures
Liaise with the Senior Management Team, Administration and other Leadership Teams, when required, in order to ensure the smooth functioning of the TVTC related programs.
