Job Description
Siemens Mobility has a legacy leadership into the Mainline Railway and Metro market segment in Saudi Arabia. KSA is one of the key countries in Siemens Mobility development strategy. The market is poised for growth within the next few years and Siemens is well positioned to capture the upcoming big opportunities in urban cities transportation and infrastructure projects. We are now looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team to shape with us and with our customer the future of Transportation in KSA.
We are searching for communicative candidate who is proactive and passionate about company products and the clients they serve. As Key Account Manager you will act as a point of contact for the clients. You will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find the products which best fit the individual needs of the client. You will also aid internal departments by collecting information, such as sales leads or testimonials, assisting in the processing and analysis of client data and complaints, maintaining the relevant CRM database, identifying the industry trends and elaborating the forecast for the client. You will report to the Sales and Marketing Director

What are my responsibilities?
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
Building long-term relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment.
Collecting and analysing data to learn more about consumer behaviour.
Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
Identifying industry trends.
Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
Propose sales acquisition strategy and possible partnerships in cooperation with Headquarter Sales team.
Create, maintain and execute capture plans

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Academic degree in Engineering or related disciplines from reputable University
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing of transportation / infrastructure project ideally from an international environment
Expert in MS Office
Exceptional communication skills.
Strong networking within the industry and ministers in Saudi Arabia.
Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
Ability to collect, track, and analyse large amounts of data.
Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
Ability to learn and develop an extensive and accurate product knowledge.
Arabic as mother tongue with Fluent English, both technical and business English
Target driven personality with focus on quality delivery.
