A Manager in the Human Potential practice in Accenture’s Strategy and Consulting team is responsible to partner with the client to address critical Talent and Organization opportunities and generate insights into strategically solving for organizational value.
Strategic Priorities & Key Responsibilities:
Proven track record in successfully leading organizational design and HR programs. With experience in helping shape HR Strategy, design and execute HR Transformation programs, analyze Internal and External Market trends, Create Business Cases for Transformation initiatives, stand up and transition to Shared Service Centers to bring in operational efficiency and productivity
Experience in leading and managing large cross functional projects and teams
Proven, successful, progressively responsible leadership, management and execution experience.
Proven track record of in-depth experience in the Saudi Public Sector
Apply organizational and behavioral insights to propose innovative value creation opportunities for sustained growth and profitability
Help clients understand leading capabilities and the transformational impact they may have on their business combining Technology and Analytics focus for a strong leadership partnership at a C- Suite level, helping to shape the future of the client’s organization
Leverage the power of Accenture’s global reach and end-to-end capabilities to deliver value
Coach and mentor analysts and consultants on the team
Engage with the broader Human Potential community to foster collaboration and support growth and development of the Accenture practices in areas such as recruitment, training and thought leadership
Education: Masters degree in Business management, Organizational Development or Psychology
8-10 Years of Functional and/or strategy experience in two or more of: Program planning & shaping, Program governance, Program Leadership & Management, Program Measurement Including Diagnostics & Review and Value Case management
6-8 Years of Public Sector experience including one or more of: Citizen Services, Administrative Services, Health, Postal, Customer and Border Protection, Policing, Investments and Development
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Outstanding performance track record with continued interest in learning and growing professionally
A high degree of comfort with strategic decision-making and strong quantitative skills to develop operational models and supervise data analysis
Deep understanding of industry dynamics and trends in the HR Space
Strong analytical skills, understands complex issues, quickly absorbs information, excels in conceptual and creative problem solving
Digitally savvy; curious and passionate about technology, understands its impact on business and society
Natural leader; easily establishes trust-based relationships, gains valuable insights through collaboration and communication
Driven; enjoys a challenge, proven ability to adapt and remove obstacles to achieve results, determined and optimistic
Flexibility to accommodate client travel requirements
Is able to design organization interventions with employee centric approach, focusing on the moments that matter.
