Operation Supervisor – Nesma , Saudi Arabia

Job Description
1- Monitor overall activity of the import department
2- Intervene to resolve any import related issues, or escalate to higher management
3- Coordinate with customs clearance manager to ensure efficient clearance of goods

People Management:
1- Supervise and direct employee work
2- Continuously monitor employee performance and provide ongoing guidance and feedback.
3- Conduct bi-annual staff performance reviews
4- Carry out training of employees

Department Performance:
1- Establish departmental and employee goals
2- Monitor all import activities
3- Monitor and report key performance parameters to ensure department is running as effectively and efficiently as possible
4- Continuously identify opportunities for improvement and enhancing the business
5- Monitor and analyze all opportunities to cut costs and improve efficiencies

Customer Service:
1- Work with Sales team to provide customers with rate quotations for sea and air imports.
2- Resolve escalated client issues
3- Manage all major client accounts
4- Contribute to developing an effective culture at the organization, upholding company values and staff morale
