Senior Strategic Account Manager – Aramex , Saudi Arabia

Purpose of the Job
Responsible for achieving revenue growth through the development of new business and maintaining existing customers within their assigned accounts.

Job Responsibilities
Define strategic account plans building a productive and revenue generating relation with them
Business expansion through introducing new solutions to existing strategic customers
Negotiation of global account agreements for products and solutions, pricing, and delivery conditions
Develop and maintain strong relationship with strategic customers and internal stakeholders
Meet with strategic clients regularly to understand the business challenges and accordingly propose new solutions

Job Requirements (Experience and education)
Bachelor’s degree in business or any other field
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
At least 6 years sales experience, preferably in transport or express shipping
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
Strong customer focus and analytical skills
