Sr Account Manager BMS / OEM – Honeywell International , Saudi Arabia

Assists BMS System Integrators & OEM / Trade partners within assigned region in developing, recommending and implementing plans for selling Honeywell Controls products and BMS system. Build and maintain executive level relations with key customers and participate in all major selling situations. Monitor external environment and identify opportunities to fulfill the corporate strategy and meet changing market conditions. The chosen candidate will reside in Riyadh and covering all Saudi Arabia regions.

Responsibilities
• Develop and manage a network of BMS partners in KSA to meet annual revenue and AOP
• Communicate corporate direction and focus SI’s selling efforts to align with corporate initiatives and goals
• Develop and implement a regional specific business plan for each fiscal year to ensure profitable growth
• Conduct quarterly sales forecasts vs. plan analysis and adjusts sales activity and account priority accordingly
• Monitor external environment to provide continued feedback on market trends, competitive environment, and new opportunities
• Demand Generation activities with major consultants and End Users
• Drive specification work with leading OEM & Trade consultants
• Monitor and follow-up on Receivables
• Issue effective and timely reporting towards management

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s EM Degree
2. 3+ years of proven sales/sales management experience in technical sales
3. 2+ years of experience selling IBMS Solution

Preferred Qualifications:
Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field
Excellent communication skills
Proven record in designing Building Energy Management System
Proven record on reviewing and validating technical submittals, IO points, wiring diagram, shop drawings & sequence of operation
