Job Description
Prepare monthly financial statements, reports and records
Maintain general ledger
Post journal entries
Fixed asset processing and reporting
Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures
Prepare monthly account reconciliations
Assist with company audits
Accruals, fixed-assets, revenue recognition and variance analysis

Reconcile branch accounts
Payroll
Process monthly payroll
Prepare vacation pay calculation
Prepare employee final benefits
Record new employee, joining report, deletion, interface under HRMS program
Contribute to developing an effective culture at the organization, upholding company values and staff morale

Skills
Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Strong analytical and accounting skills
Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, Financial software, HRMS
Keen attention to detail and accuracy
