Technical Training Manager – BAE SYSTEM , Saudi Arabia

Your Main Responsibilities
Establishing a resource plan for Academic Wing training, identifying people, infrastructure and materials to meet training requirements to ensure plans are realistic and achievable, including staff development programmes
Establishing and maintaining effective links with local RSAF Surveillance and Cadet Welfare teams to ensure mutual understanding of the contract and a shared vision for deliverables
Ensuring all required training devices and training aids are requested and that instructors are trained on their use in a timely manner to allow their deployment in line with the transition plan
Maintaining and developing a Customer focused approach that delivers customer satisfaction
Managining the performance and development of Direct Reports to fully meet SFA2017 requirements
Establishing and maintaining effective links with relevant RSAF personnel to ensure mutual understanding of the contract
Working closely with the Head of Surveillance, Academic Wing to ensure appropriate levels of cadet discipline are established and maintained and joint management processes agreed
Maintaining the credibility of the PC with RSAF by exercising and co-ordinating Quality Assurance to 100% satisfaction
Establishing and maintaining effective management of sub-contractor(s), to ensure adherence to schedule cost and quality
Forming close and effective working relationships with English Language Training Manager and other personnel in the TSI management structure to ensure mutual understanding and mitigation of any issues or dependencies
Regularly reviewing, against agreed standards, the performance of the team and subcontractors
Providing weekly updates to the Head of Technical Training on training performance, cadet discipline and any other issues that require his assistance
Working closely with HTF maintenance manager, to ensure Aircrafts are maintained, serviced, and available for training

Your Skills & Qualifications
Graduating of a recognized Military Training Establishment or industrial equivalent, ideally qualified as a 9-skill level Training Specialist with superintendent and managerial role
Having the experience and knowledge of Instructional System Development (ISD)
Having knowledge of Systems Approach to Training (SAT) methodology
Having Knowledge of RSAF Training Manuals series and Directives
Proven experience in the development, management/supervisory and delivery of technical training and training programmes and their requirements
English Language ability to IELTS 6.0 or equivalent achieved within the last 2 years for non-native speakers
