Business Center Agent
Provide multiple tasks related to business center and impeccable customer service
Provide secretarial service, e.g. typing & word processing service for guests.
Assist guest to make Long distance call & Fax handling.
Maintain adequate stocks of office supplies.
Provide information on the import and export business and trading to guests as requested.
Adopt a friendly, helpful and pleasant attitude to all guests.
Seek advice and guidance from the Business Center Supervisor or Manager whenever encounters difficulties or special requests in daily operation.
Keep up the cleanliness and workflow of the internal working area.
Attend daily meeting with Front Office team.
Ensure appearance, hygiene, courtesy and telephone manners are in good order.
Maintain close working co-operation with other department especially front office.
Ensure that all equipment is in good condition and maintain general condition.
Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Minimum one year of experience in a customer service position
Ability to work and communicate to multinational environment
Local language excellent oral and written
English good oral and written
