Conducts job analysis/reviews for new/existing jobs at IsDB to ensure alignment with IsDB’s mission and business strategy.
Develops job descriptions for every role in the Bank aligned with the organization structure to help managers align people’s efforts towards the Bank’s strategic objectives. The developed JDs should cover all the key performance areas of the organization and be the base used in the different HR management functions especially performance management, training and development, reward, recruitment, career and succession planning, and job evaluation.
Coach and train HRBPs on Job Analysis and developing Job Descriptions.
Expertise in Job Analysis and Developing Job Descriptions (10+ Years).
Had similar experience with MDBs/IFIs.
This is a temporary consultancy contract for (3) months (renewable for another (3) months).
